It’s the end of the year, and always such a good time for reflection. There’s one thing I can guarantee: you are not the same person today as you were a year ago. You may have had the best year of your life or maybe 2015 was a really tough one for you. You may have even felt like you were moving backward rather than forward at times.
But I promise, no matter what you experienced this year, there is always learning and growth. The joyful times and the difficult ones show up in your life and call you to become more of the real you.
Here are some of my favorite lessons from 2015:
Back in January, I shared a story about what happened for me when I stepped up my practice of daily self love. Not only did I feel better, but I actually saw real physical changes in myself. Pretty cool. Read more here.
This post is one of my favorites because it’s such an important lesson: the journey to self love is never linear. You can do a whole bunch of personal work and feel amazing, and then right out of nowhere, something new hits you. It’s all part of the journey. Check that post out here.
Self confidence was a huge theme this year both for me and for my clients. One of the keys to building confidence is consciously setting boundaries. Let me be real and say this is not an easy practice, especially at first. But, once you stand in your power and express your needs, you life will change in amazing ways. Get started here.
This year I leaned into my fear of being more exposed and visible and let go of 8 inches of my hair. Listening to my intuition on this one led me to feeling lighter, fresher and younger! Click here for the full story.
Ok, last but not least I share this post with you because it contains the perfect exercise to ground yourself and call in your personal power before heading off to a holiday party or family event.
